- 1945 Company founded as letterpress printers.
- 1951 Moved from central Leicester to larger premises north of Leicester.
- 1964 Introduced sheetfed offset litho.
- 1972 Pioneered web offset in the UK.
- 1980 Relocated to purpose built printing plant.
- 1980 The World's first 48 page, wide web offset press.
- 1985 Second 48 page, wide web installed along with 2 x 16 page M1000 web presses.
- 1985 First factory expansion - additional paper warehousing.
- 1990 Second factory expansion - new adhesive binding plant.
- 1994 Europe's first installation of M3000 gapless 24 page press.
- 1995 Third factory expansion - new press hall and platemaking facilities.
- 1999 Second M3000 gapless 24 page press installed plus an M600 5 unit 16 page press.
- 1999 Fourth factory expansion - additional adhesive binding and mailing facilities.
- 2000 Creo Scitex Lotem computer to plate system installed.
- 2000 Acquisition of 'Cavalier Ltd' digital data management company.
- 2002 Third M3000 gapless 24 page press installed plus a second M600 5 unit 16 page press.
- 2003 Installation of a M4000 48 page wide web press.
- 2003 6 x station Muller Tempo stitching line installed.
- 2003 Upgrade the transport fleet of 7 x 40t vehicles.
- 2004 2 x Trendsetter VLF plate setters.
- 2005 14 x station Muller Norm magazine adhesive binder installed.
- 2005 Second 30 station Muller Corona adhesive binder installed.
- 2005 Complete Technique MIS system commissioned.
- 2005 Kodak Prinergy 3 workflow operational.
- 2006 A Second 6 station Muller Tempo stitching line operational.
- 2007 GMI Colour Quick closed loop colour system installed.
